All programs may attend a weekend training session shared across all programs that will focus on longer efforts appropriate for larger groups such as distance trail runs, weighted hikes, open water swimming, competitions, etc.

Scholarships are available. We believe athletic performance and good health should be accessible by all.

    • 1-3 Times per week

  • Small Group Training $50 athlete per week

    • 1-4 athletes

    • 1-3 times a week
