I have had brief experiences with athletic support since my teenage years. My first experience was coaching competitive swimmers aged 11 to 12 while I was a high school swimmer. Balancing my own training with the responsibilities of coaching was challenging, but it was a rewarding experience to see the swimmers improve and excel in their competitions.

During my college football career, I assisted the training staff while recovering from an injury. Later, I began my dedicated coaching career by assisting my children’s basketball teams. Working with youth has revitalized my love for competition.

As I watched the young athletes play and move, I became acutely aware of the wealth of knowledge I possessed. This spurred me on to take action and open APC, so that I could impart my expertise and help these athletes improve even further.
